All products are guaranteed the following service:
1).A strict quality inspection is done to all products before selling.
Any product which misses the quality requirement, except those disposals,
is not allowed to be sold.
2) Users who purchase our products can change product with the distributor
on the spot if they find any quality problem while unpacking.
3) When users damage products during delivery or using, we can help
to repair or change the damaged parts (but the fee of repairing or
replaced parts must be paid according to the cost)
4) The specification and size of canvas, traditional Chinese Painting
and sculpture, spray painting glass artwork can be produced according
to user's requirement. The frame style of canvas, traditional Chinese
Painting can be selected freely by customer (the price varies with
different specification and style).
5) The leather material of office furniture are PVC and pure leather
(including the first and the second layer of leather), which allow
customers to select and order freely (it is asked to pay 70-100 yuans
in addition when pure leather material is chosen).
6) Those customers who order our products with pictures are exempt
from design charges. Those with samples are exempt from trial fee
and mould fee.
7) We will help our agent offices in every province to solve the technological
issue and marketing problem regularly.
8) Those products that can not be sold out by our agencies one year
later can be regained or be on sale on the spot. Its economic expenses
are undertaken by our company.
